Nothing beats a freshly grilled beef burger. How about you make one?
750 g minced meat – beef
6 ml worcestershire sauce
15 g french mustard
15 g sea salt
100 g arugula
1 pc onion
3 pieces tomatoes
20 g thyme
20 g fresh ground pepper
6 pieces green bun burger
In a large bowl, combine the ingredients for the burgers and everything mix well.
The mixture had formed 6 flat cakes. Thus prepared is covered with foil in a plastic store making refrigerator.
Prepare the grill for direct grilling. Grill the burgers for 3-5 minutes on each side.
Cut the rolls put on the grill. Will it be enough half to one minute.
On the bottom half buns put first list of lettuce on it hamburger, onions, slice of tomato sauce to taste Fold the other half of the buns.
