One of the legendary James Bond drink.
– 9 ounces gin
– 3 cl vodka
– 1.5 oz French Vermouth Lillet Blonde
– Lemon peel for garnish
In a shaker, add gin, vodka and Lillet Blonde. Fill with ice and stir well. Pour into either precooled martini glass or a goblet of champagne.
This version of the famous martini invented James Bond in Fleming’s novel Casino Royale ropes, written in 1953. Bond named after him as a double agent’s Vesper Lynd. James Bond, martini lover, Vesper instructed in these words:
